Shipping Policy
At Little Studs Jewelry, we do our best to get your order out quickly, packed carefully, and with as few surprises as possible.
We know cross-border shipping, duties, and tariff changes can be frustrating. We hate that too. For U.S.-bound orders, we use shipping methods designed to deal with duties and tariffs before the parcel is delivered, so customers are not hit with unexpected fees at the door.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in 2–5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may be slightly longer during launches, sales, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or high-volume periods. If that happens, we appreciate your patience.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United States
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States.
Shipping Methods
Canada
Orders shipping within Canada are sent via Chit Chats and its delivery partners.
United States
Orders shipping to the United States are sent via Chit Chats / USPS. Carrier selection depends on the destination, shipping route, and the most reliable available option at the time of shipment.
For U.S.-bound orders, parcels may move through a cross-border shipping process before final delivery by USPS.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Canada
Estimated delivery within Canada is typically 2–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
United States
Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 4–14 business days after shipment, depending on destination, border processing, and USPS handling times.
Please note that remote locations, weather, customs reviews, peak periods, labour disruptions, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please allow a little time for tracking to begin updating after your parcel has been processed by the carrier.
If you do not receive tracking, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at littlestudsjewelry @ gmail dot com .
Duties, Tariffs, and Customs
U.S. Customers
U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, import fees, and related charges on their order.
Where applicable under the shipping method used, these charges are calculated and paid before shipment so the order is less likely to arrive with unexpected fees due on delivery.
This does not mean Little Studs Jewelry is absorbing those charges. It means those import-related costs are addressed upfront as part of the shipping process, rather than being collected from the customer at the door.
We use this approach to make U.S. shipping as clear and predictable as possible, especially with customs and tariff rules changing as often as they do.
That said, customs agencies and border authorities may still delay, inspect, hold, or review packages, and those delays are outside our control.
Canada
Canadian orders are not subject to cross-border duties or import tariffs, but applicable sales tax may still apply at checkout.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you entered the wrong address and your order has not shipped yet, contact us right away at littlestudsjewelry @ gmail dot com and we will do our best to help.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept shipment terms, original shipping charges are non-refundable and any cost to re-ship the order will be the customer’s responsibility.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is in the carrier’s hands.
If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us at littlestudsjewelry @ gmail dot com and we will do our best to help investigate.
If tracking shows the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost or stolen parcels. We still want to help where we can, but we are not responsible for theft after delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email littlestudsjewelry @ gmail dot com within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- clear photos of the item
- clear photos of the packaging
- a short explanation of the issue
We are sorry when this happens. We pack orders carefully, but if something arrived less than it should have, we want to review it and make it right where appropriate.
