Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing & Handling

Orders are processed and packed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Because most pieces are one of a kind, each order is checked and wrapped by hand before it ships.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship via Canada Post and Chit Chats. A tracking number is provided on every order once it ships. Estimated delivery is typically 2–14 business days after your order is packed, depending on your province and the carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates set by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

•      Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $85 CAD.

•      Orders under $85 CAD: a flat/calculated shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Once a package leaves our hands it's in the carrier's care, but we won't leave you stranded. If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows a problem, email littlestudsjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged) within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
