Return Policy

We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of your delivery date. To start, email littlestudsjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for our reply and return instructions before sending anything back. Customer is responsible for any return costs in shipping and packaging. 

Condition

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items returned worn, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a refund.

Earrings Are Final Sale

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale. This is standard practice for pierced jewelry. Please double-check earring listings carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for a return we don't receive.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, that's on us — email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you. All items are photographed before shipping to ensure accurate record keeping. 

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or change an order? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes before an order has shipped. Once it's on its way, our standard return policy applies.

Vintage & Pre-Loved Condition

Many of our pieces are vintage or pre-loved and carry small signs of their age and story — minor wear, patina, or age-appropriate character. We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible, including any notable flaws. If you have a condition question, ask before you buy.

Materials

Where a piece is plated rather than solid, listings use "gold-tone" or "silver-tone" to describe the color of the plating, it does not mean purity. Due to the vintage nature of the items and differing standards of the times they were made not all items are stamped. We cannot guarantee metal types and therefore none of our items are guaranteed hypoallergenic or allergy free. As with most vintage costume jewelry, metal content may include lead, nickel, or cadmium. Adult wear only — not intended for children. Material details are noted on each listing.
